Dual Pricing

Customer pays the processing fees
Merchant pays $50 per month
Legal for both debit & credit card transactions
Legal in all 50 states

Traditional Pricing

Cost plus small fixed mark up on total volume to the merchant (often expressed as basis points/per item fee).
Merchant is covering cost for processing and services.
No hidden fee increases while processing with SG-Associates.

InCharge Pricing

Similar to Dual Pricing
Merchant increases pricing by 3-4% on all goods and services to cover cost of processing fees.

Surcharge Pricing

Fee added at the time of sale.
Maximum of 3% (2% in New Jersey and Colorado).
Not legal in CT, KS, MA, ME
Does NOT allow merchant to recoup all costs.
Not allowed for Debit Card Transactions.

Hybrid Dual Pricing/Traditional

Both solutions are implemented for the merchant.
Accommodates use of HSA Cards, fleet contracts, customer loyalty and other no fee add transactions.
